Short version: We don't store your files. Files processed by our PDF and image tools are processed in your browser or on our server and deleted immediately — we never keep them. We collect basic anonymous analytics only.

2. What Data We Collect
We collect minimal data to operate the service:
- Files you upload — PDF and image files uploaded to our server-side tools (PDF Compress, Image Compressor) are processed immediately and deleted from our server. We do not store, read, or analyse your file contents.
- Text you submit — Text submitted to AI tools (AI Humanizer, SEO Audit AI Strategy, Google/Meta Ads Generator) is sent to the Anthropic Claude API for processing. This text is not stored by us after the response is returned. Anthropic's own privacy policy governs their handling of API data.
- Browser-side tools — Tools that run entirely in your browser (PDF Merge, PDF Annotator, Image Converter, AI Checker, etc.) never send your files to any server. All processing happens locally on your device.
- Usage analytics — We may use anonymous analytics (page views, tool usage counts) that do not identify individual users.
- IP address — We use your IP address solely to enforce daily rate limits on AI-powered tools. This is not logged or stored beyond the current day.

4. Cookies and Advertising

We may also use cookies for basic site functionality (e.g. remembering your preferences within a session). We do not use tracking cookies for marketing purposes.
5. Third-Party Services
- Anthropic Claude API — Powers our AI tools (Humanizer, SEO Strategy, Ads Generator). Text you submit is processed by Anthropic. See anthropic.com/privacy.

- Google Fonts — Fonts loaded from Google servers. Google may log font requests. See Google's privacy policy above.

6. Data Retention
- Uploaded files: Deleted from server immediately after processing (within seconds). No file is retained beyond the processing request.
- AI text input: Not stored by us. Anthropic's data retention policy applies to API calls.
- Rate limit counters: Anonymous daily counters stored in server temp files, auto-deleted after 24 hours.
- Analytics: Aggregated and anonymised. No personally identifiable information retained.
7. Your Rights
Because we do not store personal data beyond what's described above, there is generally nothing to delete or access. If you have a specific concern, contact us at contact@aidigitalguides.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, and erasure of personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. Children's Privacy
Our tools are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our service, contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last updated. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
